Sawyer Howitt is quickly making a name for himself in the racquetball world. Based in Portland, Oregon, Howitt is a superb competitor. He represents the Racquet Club in Portland well. Howitt played on the high school level for Lincoln High. He hits primarily with his left hand and specializes in singles. He is also moving into the doubles game where he is also ultra competitive.
Sawyer Howitt competed for boys singles on the #6 Red and #6 Gold in high school. He advanced to the Oregon State High School Championships during his high school career.
His father, David Howitt, is the founder and CEO of the Meriwether group. Howitt works with his dad in business and finance operations with the firm. He also represents the community by mentoring young students. Howitt does not appear to waste much of his day. His time is devoted to racquetball, helping others and business.
The Racquet Club is located in the West Hills of Portland. The club could potentially have found one of the greatest players in history with the younger Howitt. In existence since 1945, the Racquet Club has seen a good share of top notch tennis and racquetball players. Howitt may eclipse many of those with his dynamic skills and potential. It’s quite possible Howitt is a potential Olympian in the sport. Many racquetball analysts are quick to point to Howitt as someone to keep an eye on.
Howitt is also considered to be a brilliant entrepreneur much like his dad. His hard work ethic in business and sports have enabled him to be quite successful at both.
